So, I stayed at a hotel over the weekend and it was decent enough, I guess. The breakfast spread was pretty nice with a variety of options, and I liked the fact that the hotel was located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, the staff was friendly enough, which made my stay comfortable.

However, I have a few complaints. Firstly, the room could have been cleaner. I found hair on the sheets which grossed me out, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Secondly, the air conditioning was extremely loud and woke me up multiple times during the night. the hotel was average and I doubt I'll be staying there again.

Great customer service, friendly personnel, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The complementary wifi and parking were a plus. Excellent location close to the interstate.

The noise level was unbearable due to the nearby hotel hosting a motorcycle event. The lack of soundproofing made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. While it was beyond the hotel's control, it was disappointing.

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is comfortable with great views. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of leisure facilities to enjoy, such as the swimming pool and gym. For those with a car, the parking is spacious and secure.

The duvet covers are not utilized anymore which was disappointing.

Great complementary breakfast and polite staff. Conveniently located near major attractions and restaurants. Overall clean and comfortable accommodations.

Check-in was a nightmare. The staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to listen to my concerns or offer any help. I was eventually turned away despite having all necessary information. Additionally, there was a disturbance from noisy guests in the parking lot.

The facilities were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a computer glitch with our reservation and a late night check in, but they came up with a solution. Breakfast was very good.

It's an ok value. As regular travelers and frequent Hampton Inn guests, it felt a little overpriced given that some of the amenities were a little out of date. That said, it is outside a decent sized city, so the price is ok.

I like the hot breakfast and the different selection of breakfast items. Also, they served a different type of breakfast meat the next day. And the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the lounge area. They have two long couches for you to stretch out on and take a nap. I would definitely stay there again when I come to Columbia.

Did not like at 345 am they charged my credit card an extra 25 dollars for un know reasons.

The front desk staff Alex and JoJo were very nice young men. They made us feel right at home. Alex never stopped smiling

Housekeeping was a nuisance they came into our room unannounced like an hour after we checked in. When it was time to check out they interrupted our slept by banging on the door at 9 when check out wasn't until 12.

I always choose Hamptons whenever I can because I find their quality dependable across the board unlike other chains which I have found can vary vastly from one hotel to another. I know the beds, pillows, decor, cleanliness will be excellent at a Hampton- and it was.

The breakfast room was a little nook off a large dining area, so it got very crowded and the flow through this area was limited at times as people were waiting for different "stations" and you had to stand and wait to get in.
